Kelli Piggee’

Owner & Trainer

“I’ve been in the Fitness industry for over 30 years and the evolving journey has been profound. I am very grateful to have experienced several forms of movement. As a professional dancer that experienced overuse syndrome, I dealt with a fair share of pain. Strength training literally saved my life. Switching to the fitness arena, I obtained several certifications including nutrition and have combined the movement modalities I’ve learned to create a hybrid of training in both personal training and group classes. We are proud to be the home of Antigravity Aerial Fitness/Yoga for both Adults and Kids. It has served to strengthen and heal the body by decompressing the spine, strengthening the grip and mobility. I am very passionate about teaching people how to move intentionally and take care of their body from the inside out, striving for longevity and quality of life. I know from my own personal experience, that by applying this mindset it can make a substantial difference for both your mental and physical health. My journey continues and I am looking forward to taking you on your own personal Fitness path sharing my passion, philosophy and knowledge.”

Jason Tingle

Personal Trainer

Jason got into fitness and training after struggling with weight most of his life. He took control and learned what it takes to accomplish goals. When he began helping family with their health and fitness, he got involved coaching special olympic athletes. That is when he really found his passion for helping others accomplish what they didn't think they could. Jason has played and coached many sports (baseball, softball, football, volleyball, racquetball, basketball) all of his life. This led him to get certified in Personal Training with the American Council of Exercise. His training has taught him to take pride in form, function of movements, and preventing injuries. He will take time to sit down and go over any conditions or restrictions you may have and talk about your goals and what we can do to help you reach them.
